The fitness element includes personal training in 30 and 60 minute sessions, Boot Camp for all fitness levels, online coaching, and Metabolic Explosion Training classes which is small group training for 4 - 8 people. Exercises are modified or progressed as needed.
The nutrition component can be stand alone or combined with any service. The most popular and effective are Meal Plans where you prepare your own food or Fresh Food Delivery service.

My rates are very affordable $20 per hour, for mobile appointments there will be a gas fee added of $1 per mile.
