Hi, my name is Mandy Watson. Like most Americans, my reality is not that of celebrity stardom. I wasn't born with the perfect metabolism or the perfect body. I honestly believed that I was trapped, and I could never seem to find a lasting motivation in order to lose weight and keep it off. I truly understand the emotional roller coaster that is caused by societal pressure and expectations. However, I found the motivation and the focus to transform my body and my life. As your trainer, I will serve as your confidant, your mentor,

your coach, and your friend. When you cannot find the strength within yourself to continue, my own experience, strength, and hope are there for you to draw upon. My job is to free you from insecurities, and help you gain confidence to take on the world. I have walked in your shoes, I have struggled through the same obstacles, and I have won the battle.

C.J. Haggerty - Charlotte, NC

Services: personal training, In home training

I hold a bachelors degree from East Carolina University in Health and Fitness Specialist. I also hold an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Health Fitness Specialist certification. I currently offer In-Home training. I have worked with people of all ages and with a wide variety of athletic abilities (from post-cardiac arrest patients who cannot walk all the way down to children). In the near future (Spring/Summer 2013), I will have a facility in which my clients can come train at a reduced rate in Midland, NC (30 minutes east of Charlotte). I believe training is all about the client; so, regardless of experience or certifications, very expensive prices are not about the client, but more about the trainer.

Chelsy Lynn Zick - Charlotte, NC

Services: personal training, In home training, sport specific

I grew up in Grand Rapids, MI and went to college in California at Capital Bible College. I majored in Christian Counseling and currently work full time at Wells Fargo in Anti-Money Laundering. During high school I had a pretty severe eating disorder that landed me in the hospital on multiple occasions. After graduating I started to get healthy and got really into health and fitness. I started running and doing lots of races. I also got into the nutrition aspect of it. My passion for fitness and nutrition started to grow and I realized that I could use that passion and past experiences I had to help other people. I moved to Charlotte in 2009 and decided to get certified in personal training. The reason I exist as a personal trainer is so I can help other people overcome the same obstacles that I faced with food addictions. I also specialize in naturopathic nutrition because it is important for people to know how the food that we eat affects our body in more ways than just weight. I do a lot of disease prevention through diet and nutrition. My goal is to help you be the best person you can be and overcome the things in your life that are keeping you from reaching your full potential.
